Kent & Associates provides competitive pricing within the health care consultation industry. Specific pricing for consultation engagements is provided as part of any requested proposal for consultation.

Option 1
Our consultants come to your organization and provide a two day education seminar related to changes in survey process, standards and compliance techniques.

We also devote time during the seminar to demonstrate the tracer methodology to your staff. Understanding this process is instrumental in having a successful survey.

Option 2
Our consultants conduct an organizational assessment using the tracer methodology. Time is spent coaching your staff through relevant interviews used in the survey process. The report from the organizational assessment can provide invaluable information to be used in the completion of the Periodic Performance Review.

Option 3
Our consultants provide an education seminar for your staff and conduct an organizational assessment after the education program. If option 3 is chosen, having the seminar will provide a foundation for your organizational leaders have a greater understanding of the current survey process during the assessment.

According to the size of the organization, the assessment may last from 1-4 days with 1-3 consultants. A written report is submitted to each organization choosing option 2 or 3.
